How to form it
| Person | Ending | hablar | comer | vivir |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| yo | -é | hablaré | comeré | viviré |
| tú | -ás | hablarás | comerás | vivirás |
| él/ella/usted | -á | hablará | comerá | vivirá |

| vosotros/as | -éis | hablaréis | comeréis | viviréis |
| ellos/ellas/ustedes | -án | hablarán | comerán | vivirán |
Keys to remember
- Easy formula: the whole infinitive + the ending. The same endings work for -ar, -er and -ir: hablaré, comeré, viviré.
- Every form except nosotros has an accent: hablaré, hablarás… hablaremos.
- 10 common irregular stems (same endings): drop the e: podr-, querr-, sabr-, habr-; add a d: tendr-, pondr-, saldr-, vendr-; special: har-, dir-.
- In conversation, ir a + infinitive is very common for plans: Voy a viajar. The simple future sounds a bit more formal or certain.

Ten years from now, I’ll live in a house near the sea. I’ll work from home and I’ll have more time for my family. In the mornings, I’ll go out for a walk with my dog and then I’ll write. I’ll speak three languages with confidence and I’ll be able to travel twice a year. If I save a little each month, I’ll take a long trip through South America. I promise myself one thing: I’ll never stop learning.
